Board of Directors Meetings

The board of directors usually meets quarterly starting with the board's annual meeting in October. Full board meetings are usually held at Access San Francisco located at 1720 Market Street (at Valencia), beginning at 6pm, and are open to the public. Although the board usually meets quarterly (usually the 3rd Mondays of October, January, April, and July), please call to confirm the date, time and location of any board meeting you plan to attend. Occasionally circumstances require the cancellation or rescheduling of a board meeting.

Please review the Board Meeting Guidelines & Information (PDF) in advance if you are planning to attend. The agenda allows time for public comment at both the beginning and end of the meeting. The SFCTC Board follows parliamentary procedure at its meetings.

Members of the public who have been specifically suspended or banned from the Access San Francisco premises may attend the meeting. All attendees must observe the Access San Francisco “Code of Conduct.”

Here are minutes (in PDF format) from recent past meetings:

Minutes are generally posted here following the board meeting at which they are reviewed and approved, which can take anywhere from 1 to 3 months, depending on the frequency of board meetings.
